The Christmas Hustle

We all know how hard the Holidays are. We have go their, get that, but you don't have to eat that. If you are going to eat a lot during the Christmas Break then eat minimum sweats on normal days, but you can eat as much as you want during Christmas. Well, it is a time to celebrate, so celebrate! Stay fit and all that some other day, but you at least have to have an eating competition with someone. Eat yes, over eat no. Try not to eat till you throw up. It is probably not that good for you.

You really don't want to get into the habit of overeating. If you keep doing it week after week you shall gain weight. Just like Gandalf.

After Christmas you better go work all the food you ate. You better not cry, I'm telling you why, Gandalf said so. Also try not to have a blubber war with santa. He always wins as being the fattest person to go down a chimney. Anyways, have a christmas to remember.

Thanksgiving (Lazy Week)

I was as lazy as i'll ever be during Thanksgiving. My uncle, Aunt, and 2 of my cousins (my Uncle's children) came to my house on the Friday before Thanksgiving. My Aunt is the best chef I've ever seen. I went to Basketball practice, and when I got back I ate homemade teriyaki steak, stuffed peppers, and mashed potatoes. During the week, I had a couple school basketball practices, but other than that all I did was eat, watch TV, and play on my phone. My mom on the other-hand was cleaning everything in sight, and if it wasn't perfect she would do it all again. When she wasn't cleaning, she started cleaning again. She stopped at night when we all watched a movie.

Watching TV was difficult though when my Uncle was there. I would be sitting on the floor, and he would come behind me and hit me in the back of the head every minute or so. He kept saying that I was getting stupider and said if you keep watching this your brain would melt down to mush. The week got better and better though. I got to see Catching fire and Thor with my family, and we saw Thor at a Luxury Cinema. On Thanksgiving I ate everything. Turkey, ham, potatoes, steak, stuffing and salad. Also for dessert, there was everything from pie to homemade custard, to chocolate from a box. It was a lazy Thanksgiving to remember.

gamepoint basketball

If you do want to play basketball, you can look at the website http://gamepointbball.com/ . They take people from 10-17yrs old for boys and 11-14yrs old for girls. It has great coaches that will make you into an amazing player. You got to check it out.

for the average lazy man

If you really don't want to work out you can just apply being active around your lazy time. If you go up for something to eat, maybe walk around your table twice or keep your legs up as you eat food on the floor or couch. It's never going to be as good as actually working out, but will help a little bit no matter how stupid it sounds.

start it up

You can't just play a sport finish the season and just sit down and play video games till next season. You got to stay active. If you play football maybe try to play basketball or baseball. Doing these sports will not only improve your skills in that sport, but also in others. If you play basketball it will help your hand-eye coordination for football and baseball. Also, If you are watching TV all the time during the off-season while everyone else is playing a different sport your getting slower and weaker while others are getting faster and stronger.
